This men is wanted for the indirect murder of two dwarf children. He is highly unstable and dangerous. Do not approach him, but instead report any sightings of him to the Council immediately.
Squee---Goblin
Under the pretense of wanting to sign a treaty, the goblin attempted to steal our research regarding the Sword of Chaos. He was able to elude us, and has not been seen for the past 5 years. Any information regarding his whereabouts would be appreciated.
Gyro---Dwarf
Evidence has been brought forth, accusing this dwarf of collaborating with a secret society that is working on freeing Tiegon from his prison. Due to the seriousness of this allegation, we would like to question him about any involvement on his part with this society.
Tetsuro---Elf
A rogue elf, he tried to place himself and his accomplices in positions of power, in an attempt to seize control of the Triumvirate. He was able to escape from prison, and has eluded capture.
Slade---Goblin
He was arrested for disturbing the peace in a small town. When searched, it was discovered that he had part of an article of clothing that resembled the clothing worn by Eladamri on the day the Three Legends left for Shadolon. He refused to talk, then disappeared from his cell one night. He is to be taken alive.
