If you are interested in becoming a Paladin (PAL) please submit the application form below..  Keep in mind that being a PAL brings with it a number of responsibilities.   You will be required to give up some of your free time to be here on an assigned schedule. There will be rules and regulations that you must adhere to as a PAL and a certain standard of behavior and commitment. Here is what we are looking for in a Paladin of Panumbra: 1. Someone who wants to see the game grow and expand and be a part of that. 2. Someone with good communication skills and can relate to and help the players. 3. Someone with an even temper and can help calm tempers in others. 4. Someone with a good understanding of the game and how to play it. 5. Someone who enjoys working with and helping people. Who does not want personal glory or power because of it. 6. Someone who is responsible and willing to uphold the regulations. Opinions and ideas are welcomed and encouraged.. but all regulations must be followed until changed. 7. Someone who can be impartial and even-handed with everyone (including friends). All applications will be reviewed but not every applicant will be accepted as a Paladin.  PALs will be accepted based on the needs that the group has at the time. The application is the first step. Once the application is reviewed you might be asked for an interview. After the inverview,  applicants are all reviewed by staff members and new Paladins will be chosen . Those that are accepted as a Paladin will have a probationary period of 30 days.
